Our Concept

Nonette embodies the cultural plurality of Vietnam, France, Singapore, United States, combining the origins and influences of its two Paris-based female founders.  Nonette’s original shop is housed one Rue Jean Pierre Timbaud Paris 75011, concentrated in orange-melon coloured take-away counter right across from its sister brand, the vibrant Singaporean canteen The Hood Paris.

Nonette’s mission is to craft Vietnamese bánh mì with fresh, simple, high-quality products, seasoned skillfully, show-casing favourite Asian-French flavours in our freshly hand-made donuts to complete the meal or snack on the go !

The Bánh Mì , the sandwich inherited from the French era, is a clever mix of marinated fresh meats, pickles which brings tanginess and fresh herbs. It’s variations are infinite, accessible at any time, with drink and dessert, everything, entirely handcrafted. At Nonette we have 9 varieties between the classics and less-traditional, vegan, and halal yet respecting the 5 elements to build flavour layers in a Bánh Mì : fat, pickles, fresh herbs, protein, finishing seasoning.

Since its debut in July 2021, Nonette has appeared in La Grande Épicerie de Paris (LVMH) with its signature donuts and house made sriracha sauces, served thousands of bánh mìs at international music festivals in Paris like We Love Green. Nonette has also been listed as one of the best bánh mìs in Paris in Vogue Paris, & Premium (Japan),  Mint Magazine, Lonely Planet, and Time Out Paris.
